Every candle is hand-poured to order, so most parcels reach you within 10–15 days of the order being placed — pouring, curing and delivery included. We pack with recycled and compostable materials wherever possible. Delivery is complimentary on every domestic order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Returns

If your candle arrives damaged or falls short of your expectations, write to us within 14 days of delivery at shopluminahandmade@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no need to return the candle.
