Shipping

Every candle is handmade and prepared to order with care. Please allow 5–7 days for order preparation before your order is dispatched.

Once preparation and delivery time are included, your parcel will typically reach you within 10–15 days from the date the order is placed.

We carefully pack every order to help ensure it reaches you safely. Wherever possible, we use recycled and compostable packaging materials.

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be calculated based on the delivery location and order details. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at shopluminahandmade@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video of the package and product.

After verification, if the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, finish, fragrance, or appearance are natural characteristics of handmade products and will not be considered defects or qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
